Several projects were implemented using a "headless architecture" with the CMS Storyblok as an alternative to WordPress.

Here, a much better user experience for content editors and website users has been achieved.

D&I

Do you know how accessible your digital platform is? How can you ensure your digital content is accessible to a diverse range of users, including those with disabilities?

We provided multiple Web Accessibility scans. This scan is a process of assessing digital content, websites, or applications to determine their level of accessibility and identify potential barriers for people with disabilities. Good to know: our delivered projects are WCAG AA compliant.

APIs

Migrating from MuleSoft 3 to 4 for over 80 interfaces presents significant challenges. The process involves revamping existing APIs and custom components, especially for efficient internal data flow and secure external API management.

A phased approach with thorough testing is essential to ensure seamless transition and leverage MuleSoft 4's advanced features for improved system performance and maintainability.

Since Q4 we also started the migration for BBB Cycling and Daswelt.

MuleSoft

We automated the manual return process, now fully integrated with bol.com and soon with the Dealer Portal, enhancing efficiency. Additionally, BBB Channable's automated system allows selling on multiple platforms, with easy expansion to new sales channels.

In collaboration with Pon Insights, we're streamlining data processes by automatically integrating Amazon sales reports into our Datalake.

Automation

We reused the existing remarketing platform and added Belgium to it. LAB Belgium can leverage the platform to their customers to automate “ the offer they can’t refuse” for employees on the platform approaching the end of their leasing contract. Remarketing platform is now in place for Germany, Netherlands and Belgium.

In addition, we built another "Highway" for Lease a Bike Austria, where customers can onboard their company themselves, including an automated credit check by the leasing company and signing of documents. With that we have now three countries with a Highway: the Netherlands, Belgium and Austria.

For the Netherlands we created a new Highway specifically for multi-layered companies. The so called "MMP Highway" supports that companies with subordinate companies can onboard themselves for the mother and child companies all at once, off course including the (automated) credit check and signing of contracts.

Last year, we achieved notable success in delivering a wide range of new projects. This includes building headless websites for Pon.Bike Lithuania, Orion, and Lensor, ensuring they are future-ready and adaptable. Our efforts also extended to expanding our portfolio beyond traditional websites. We developed the Pon Leadership application and the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) quiz, showcasing our versatility in handling diverse digital solutions.

In addition to these new initiatives, we continued to develop and enhance existing projects. We rolled out new releases for several applications, including the Kalkhoff App, Swapfiets, Pon Power Microgrid, and Bakker Sliedrecht, among others. This ongoing development reflects our commitment to not only creating innovative solutions but also maintaining and improving them to meet evolving client needs.

We constantly adapt to the changing digital landscape, ensuring that we meet the dynamic needs of our clients with cutting-edge and versatile digital solutions.
